Welcome to Agaton Counselling my name is Jacque Mclaren, I am a accredited Counsellor and EMDR therapist, a registered member of the BACP (British association of Counsellors and psychotherapist).

I understand how hard it is to decide to enter into counselling and how to choose a counsellor. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore you inner most thoughts and feelings without judgement, allowing you to have a better understanding of yourself and giving you more control over how you feel. I believe that we all possess the ability to find our own answers, even at times when everything feels as though it is falling apart and you are losing control.

I offer both long and short term work depending on your needs.
